IIGAD is currently raising **$250,000–$750,000** in startup capital.

This funding will be used in **two phases**:

### 🟩 Phase 1 — Prove the Model ($120,000)

This is the **minimum capital** required to run our first full crop cycle.

We are seeking **additional capital** to move beyond proving the model — to **scaling aggressively** while global demand is high.

#### Why raise more than $120K?

We already own the land, and $120K will get us started.\
But raising more allows us to **accelerate operations, increase acreage, and enter new high-margin crops**.
