This funding will be used in two phases:

We are seeking additional capital to move beyond proving the model — to scaling aggressively while global demand is high.
Why raise more than $120K?
We already own the land, and $120K will get us started. But raising more allows us to accelerate operations, increase acreage, and enter new high-margin crops.
